Goodness Gracious, Great Cheese Balls of Fire!

Ingredients

 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 
12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 
1/2 cup chopped onions 
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
2 teaspoons garlic salt 
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

 
Beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and cayenne pepper with a mixer until combined. Shape into a ball. Roll in pecans.

    and the recipe sounds scrumptious! perfect! how would i modify it....hmmm, cant think of anything..other than maybe subbing green onions to give it more color...or throwing in some red bell peppers.

    i think u should have us all over for dinner.... i would bring dessert , dips and drinks...the three d's. :)...which is what i did for Easter...my brother grilled the meats and my mom made the sides.

  5. AWWW, u dont know how hard i am wishing to be in shape to attempt that challenge again. I m walking more these days. i can walk up to an hour now...but must be prepared for a two hour trek. i read that is how long it takes...does this sound correct?

    i jsut dont remember how long it took us before....
