Have you ever noticed?: Creative Challenge #246

Have you ever noticed how those who insist on having large guns are in essence trying to make up for the thing that God gave them that they consider too small?

Have you ever noticed that the person who shouts the most and the loudest generally has the least to say?

Have you ever noticed that the person standing next to you in the choir whose voice can be heard above all others always sings flat, and everybody glares at you?

Have you ever noticed that when you replace something under the hood of your car, if you drop it, that it rolls under the car to the exact center?

Have you ever noticed that when you get all bundled up to go snow skiing with parka, pants, gloves, ski mask and goggles, that suddenly you have to pee?

Have you ever noticed that when the repairman comes out to fix your washing machine, that it works fine, until he leaves, then it breaks down again?

Have you ever noticed the instructions on a microwave dinner that say “Heat until hot.” Followed by “Caution: Product will be Hot.”

Have you ever noticed that if you want to observe butterflies and birds in their natural habitat that playing the 1812 Overture on your boom box seems to prevent that?

Have you ever noticed how some people will say “Nice doggy, good doggy” while they are searching for a rock?

Have you ever noticed how some people will tell you how lovely your painting is or how wonderful your poetry is, but tell their friends, “WHAT WAS SHE THINKING!!”

Have you ever noticed how when you put your finger in a baby’s hand he will grab it and hold on?

Have you ever noticed how good that makes you feel?

Have you ever noticed how you will weep copious tears yet are having the happiest day of your life at your daughter’s wedding?

Have you ever noticed that I probably should have ended this thing about ten “Have you ever noticed” ago?
